1. About Blexee
Blexee.com ("Blexee," "we," "us," or "our") is a print-on-demand (POD) apparel and merchandise storefront owned and operated by Blexee LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By accessing or purchasing from Blexee.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on Blexee.com.
- By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, shipping address, payment details) is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. Products & Print-on-Demand Manufacturing
- All apparel sold on Blexee.com is manufactured on a print-on-demand basis; each item is produced specifically for your order after purchase.
- Product colors, print placement, and fabric texture may vary slightly from on-screen images due to monitor calibration, printing method, and manual garment handling.
- Please review our sizing charts prior to ordering, as items are custom-produced and not held in bulk inventory.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices displayed on Blexee.com are listed in US Dollars (USD).
- Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination.
- Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other supported payment gateways. Blexee LLC does not store your full payment card details.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment errors, pricing errors, or unauthorized reseller/bulk activity.
- Because production begins shortly after purchase, orders may only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Cancellation requests must be sent to support@blexee.com referencing your order number.
6. Intellectual Property
All original graphic designs, artwork, slogans, product photography, and brand marks displayed on Blexee.com are the exclusive property of Blexee LLC and are protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. Reproduction, scraping, redistribution, or commercial use of any design without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including DMCA takedown notices and claims for damages.
7. Prohibited Use
- You may not use Blexee.com for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, or to submit fraudulent orders or payment information.
- Automated scraping, data mining, or reverse-engineering of the storefront without written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blexee LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Blexee.com or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from your use of Blexee.com or purchase of our products are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
Blexee LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to Blexee.com. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
