Shipping policy
This policy is a general template prepared for business use and does not constitute legal advice. Blexee recommends having this document reviewed by a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction(s) before relying on it as final, binding policy.
Dual-Entity Notice
Blexee operates under two distinct legal structures depending on the customer's location:
- US & International Operations: All orders shipped outside India — including US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, and all other international destinations — are sold, processed, and governed by Blexee LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA.
- India Domestic Operations: All orders placed and shipped within India are sold, processed, and governed by the Blexee India sole proprietorship, based in Kerala, India.
References to “Blexee” throughout this document apply to whichever entity is legally responsible for the specific transaction, as determined by the customer’s shipping destination.
These policies apply across all Blexee sales channels (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon). Where a marketplace’s own platform-wide policies (e.g. Etsy’s Buyer Protection, Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee) impose stricter or different terms, those platform policies take precedence for orders placed on that channel.

Order Processing & Production Time
All Blexee products are custom printed-on-demand — nothing is pre-made or held in bulk inventory. Each order triggers a fresh print run specifically for you.
- Production Time: 2–5 business days before an order is dispatched (separate from transit/delivery time below).
- Production time may extend slightly during high-volume periods (e.g. holiday seasons, major sale events). Any such delays will be communicated via email or order status update where possible.
US & International Shipping (Blexee LLC)
Orders shipping to the United States and all other international destinations are fulfilled through our US-centric print partner network (e.g. Printify, Printful, Gelato) and are governed by Blexee LLC (Wyoming, USA).

- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and chosen shipping method. [Insert flat-rate or carrier-calculated details once finalized].
- Carriers: Fulfilled via regional postal and courier partners assigned automatically by our print network (e.g. USPS, UPS, DHL, or local last-mile carriers), depending on destination.
- Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer. Blexee is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Domestic India Shipping
Orders placed within India are fulfilled through our India-based POD partners (e.g. Qikink, Printrove, Blinkstore) and are governed by the Blexee India sole proprietorship.

- Domestic Logistics Partners: Orders are shipped via courier partners integrated with our fulfillment network (e.g. Delhivery, Shiprocket-affiliated couriers, or equivalent), assigned automatically based on serviceability.
- GST: All applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) is calculated and included at checkout in accordance with Indian tax law. A GST-compliant invoice is available on request. [Insert GSTIN once registered, if applicable].
Order Tracking & Split Deliveries
- Tracking information is emailed once an order ships.
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be printed at different fulfillment centers and could arrive in separate packages, on different dates. This is normal and does not indicate an error with your order.
