2. Production Timelines

Every item is custom printed on demand after your order is placed — we do not hold bulk pre-printed inventory.

  • Standard Production Window: 2–5 business days before your order is dispatched to the carrier.
  • During peak periods (e.g., holiday season), production may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Total estimated delivery time is typically 5–12 business days from order placement (production + transit), depending on your location and order volume.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and carrier information.

5. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be produced at different fulfillment facilities and could arrive in separate packages on different dates. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

6. Shipping Costs & Taxes

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
  • Applicable U.S. state sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with local law.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages

  • Blexee LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has been dispatched, but we will assist you in filing a claim or resolving the issue.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout — we are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, contact support@blexee.com within 7 days so we can investigate.
